Hi, I'm Katie but my friends call me The Warrior Wife.

That's because I've learned a healthy way to cook for my family that is quick easy an delicious. But the truth is, I used to be a terrible cook, I could never get a recipe to turn out right and I actually relied on my husband to do most of the cooking.

Even worse, when I first started learning more about living a healthy lifestyle I quickly realized that there was too much information and everything was so complicated. Eventually, after trying way too many diets and even ending up in the hospital because of bad information, I decided to find a different way!

So... instead of stress out about how many carbs I was eating or whether I was able to follow a diet perfectly, I decided to focus on the one thing that really mattered!
