Carrot Orange Smoothie

Quick tip: If you want a thicker smoothie, use frozen pineapple instead of fresh.

Carrot Orange Smoothie
Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves 1

Ingredients:

½ cup full-fat coconut milk
½ orange, peeled
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 cup pineapple
½ lime, juiced
1 carrot, chopped
Ice, as needed
 

Directions:

1.) Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then serve.
