The avocado in this recipe adds a creamy and filling aspect but with the pineapple and mango as the stars, this Hawaiian Avocado smoothie is sure to make you feel like you should be sipping it in the sun on a secluded beach in Kauai.
Quick tip: Coconut milk works great in replacement for the coconut water.
Hawaiian Avocado Smoothie
Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves 1
2 cups spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple
½ cup frozen mango
Coconut water, as needed (no sugar added)
